The task involved a partial redesign of the existing website to make it more modern and user-friendly, as well as the creation of a custom CRM system for managing bookings, clients, and finances. A key requirement was ensuring CRM integration with WordPress so that data would sync automatically.

We updated the design of the homepage, schedule, and quest pages, focusing on enhancing the immersive atmosphere and improving conversion rates. For the CRM, we developed a user-friendly booking interface, a client reminder system, occupancy analytics, and automated reports. The integration with WordPress enabled seamless data synchronization without manual input.

Result

As a result, the client received a modern website with enhanced UX and a powerful tool for business process automation. This allowed them to reduce order processing time, minimize errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
